Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- ground meat - 1/2 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- corn oil - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- cans water - 3 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- eggplant - 2 item
- dry Italian seasoning - 1 pkg
- flour to cover eggplant - 1 item
How to make eggplant casserole:
Peel and slice eggplant. Salt, pepper and flour each slice. Lightly brown in corn oil. Place in greased casserole dish. Meat Sauce: Lightly brown the ground meat. Add dry Italian seasoning, tomato paste and water. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour miRecipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
