Spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- Italian seasoning - 1/4 1/2
- spaghetti
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- medium size onion - 1/2 item
- small can button mushrooms - 1 item
- size cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- enough garlic to taste - 1 item
- celery and carrots optional - 1 item
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Brown ground meat with onion, garlic and Italian seasoning. Add tomato sauce and mushrooms. Let simmer together until onion is clear. Cook the spaghetti, but not overdone. Layer beef mixture and spaghetti. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350° until cheese is bubbly.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
