  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • onion, chopped - 3/4 c
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item
  • ground chuck - 1 lb

How to make beef and noodle casserole:

Brown beef and onion in margarine. Add sugar, salt and tomato sauce. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Mix 3 ounces of cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream together.

In casserole pan, put layered noodles, then sour cream mix, then meat mixture. Make 2 layers. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
