Beef and noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- onion, chopped - 3/4 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
How to make beef and noodle casserole:
Brown beef and onion in margarine. Add sugar, salt and tomato sauce. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Mix 3 ounces of cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream together.In casserole pan, put layered noodles, then sour cream mix, then meat mixture. Make 2 layers. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
