- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, undrained - 2 item
- small chicken, cooked and cubed - 1 item
How to make rotel chicken:
Saute onion and bell pepper in a little butter until tender. Mix together with all other ingredients and pour into ungreased casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
