Chicken and broccoli pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- Bisquick baking mix - 1/2 c
- 10 oz - 1 pkg
- cooked chicken, cut up - 1 c
- shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
How to make chicken and broccoli pie:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle broccoli, 1 c. cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate. Stir baking mix, milk, eggs, salt and pepper with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 32-37 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
