  • graham cracker crumbs
  • margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • Cream Cheese Filling:3 eggs
  • pkg
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • almond extract - 1/4 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c

How to make cheese cake:

Blend ingredients together; spread out in a 9-inch spring form pan on bottom and sides.Cream Cheese Filling:3 eggs4 -8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt2 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp. almond extract1 c. sour cream Beat smooth eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla, and almond extract. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 375° for about 35 minutes. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
