Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 lb
How to make butter cake:
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time then add vanilla. In separate bowl, add dry ingredients and mix. Add buttermilk alternating with dry ingredient mixture to egg mixture.
