  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
  • Tabasco sauce - 2 3
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin - 2 tsp
  • ripe tomatoes, diced
  • red bell pepper, diced - 1 item
  • green bell pepper, diced - 1 item
  • cilantro to taste optional - 1 item
  • bunch scallions, sliced - 1 item
  • cooked black beans or 2 15 oz - 2 c
  • frozen white Shoe Peg corn kernels
  • chopped garlic to taste optional - 1 item

How to make black bean salsa:

Combine. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
