Blackberry dumplings
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 2 c
- blackberries, fresh or frozen - 3 c
- sweet biscuit dough, cut into small pieces - 1 item
How to make blackberry dumplings:
Combine berries, sugar and water in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to boil without stirring; add dough. After a few minutes, reduce heat to simmer. Cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Serve plain with butter, milk, Cool Whip or ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
