Peanut butter ice cream sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- white corn syrup - 2/3 c
How to make peanut butter ice cream sauce:
Mix first four ingredients together. Heat to boiling and cook over low heat to soft ball stage (200°). Remove from heat. Cool, without stirring, to room temperature. Blend in 1/2 cup peanut butter; mix thoroughly. Can be kept in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
