Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • margarine or butter - 3 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • dill weed - 3/4 tsp
  • Borden or Meadow Gold milk - 2 c
  • chicken flavor bouillon or 3 cubes - 1 tsp

How to make creamy dill sauce:

In medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk, then bouillon, lemon juice and dill weed. Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Serve with hot cooked vegetables.
