Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 item
  • water - 1/4 c
  • vegetable oil - 2/3 c
  • pepper - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • cumin - 1 2
  • cilantro - 1 tsp
  • red cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make fajita marinade:

Combine all ingredients in plastic bag with Ziploc seal. Add flank steak (or skirt steak, or London broil); refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

To Cook: Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side. Slice on the diagonal and roll up in warm flour tortillas with pepper slices and onion slices.
