Ham glaze



  • cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • seedless raspberry jam - 1/3 c
  • margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dry white wine - 1/4 c
  • parsley or watercress - 1 item

How to make ham glaze:

In saucepan, blend wine and lemon juice into cornstarch. Add 1/2 of jam. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in remaining jam and margarine. Heat and stir until margarine is melted. Brush ham with glaze. Garnish ham with parsley or watercress.
