Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 can
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced - 8 item
How to make beef and potato casserole:
Place layers of potatoes in baking dish, then layer of crumbled meat and onion, until dish if full. Pour mixture of soup, water and seasoning over potatoes and meat. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour or until done at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
