Beef and bacon chili
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- picante sauce - 1 c
- can pinto beans undrained - 1 oz
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chili mix - 1 pkg
- sliced bacon, chopped - 1/2 lb
- can whole tomatoes, chopped - 1 oz
How to make beef and bacon chili:
In large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels. Pour off drippings except 1 tablespoon. Add ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain. Add cooked bacon and remaining ingredients.
