Meatballs



Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- hamburger - 2 lb
- parsley - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- can cranberry sauce - 1 item
- bottle chili sauce - 12 oz
How to make meatballs:
Combine the first 10 ingredients and make into small meatballs. Put on cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Combine the remaining ingredients and heat until dissolved. Pour over meatballs and bake 30 minutes at 350°. (May be frozen.)Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
