Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
  • stick melted margarine - 3/4 item
  • Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • sharp grated cheese - 1 c
  • cans mixed vegetables, drained - 2 oz

How to make vegetable casserole:

Mix first six ingredients together. Put in casserole. Cover with cheese. Combine the melted margarine with cracker crumbs and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° until hot.
