  • milk - 1/2 1
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled - 12 item
  • fresh mushrooms, chopped - 8 oz
  • green peas, drained - 16 oz

How to make beef and bacon casserole:

Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
