Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- skim milk - 1/4 c
- 1 lb - 2 c
How to make basic cheese sauce:
Place all ingredients in blender; blend until creamy. (You can adjust consistency by adjusting milk used.) Yields 2 cups. Approximate calories: 1 cup equals 190 calories; 1 tablespoon equals 10 calories. Will keep up to 2 weeks.Add onion, parsley or garlic for other flavors.
