Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- hot water
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- skim milk
- Equal - 2 pkg
- light margarine - 2 Tbsp
- instant vanilla sugar-free pudding mix - 1 pkg
- sliced frozen strawberries - 1 pkg
- sugar-free strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
- graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs - 1 pkg
How to make sugar-free cheesecake:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 1/2 c. skim milk1 pkg. instant vanilla sugar-free pudding mix1/4 c. lemon juice1 tsp. lemon flavoring6 pkg. Equal Topping:1 c. hot water1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O1 pkg. sliced frozen strawberries8 pkg. Equal Combine crackers, margarine and Equal. Press into pie dish. Mix cream cheese, milk, pudding mix, lemon juice, lemon flavoring and Equal. Pour into pie shell. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add frozen strawberries and Equal. Put on top of cheese cake.
