Fudge sauce

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• half and half - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• unsweetened chocolate - 3 oz

How to make fudge sauce:

Place chocolate, sugar, and vanilla in blender. Heat half and half and butter in microwave until scalded. While hot, pour over blender ingredients. Beat on high speed until smooth and thick. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Children love to make their own sundaes!
