Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- ribs celery - 2 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- to 5 potatoes, sliced - 4 item
- fish any solid flesh
- to 3 whole tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
How to make baked fish:
Wash fish, add salt and pepper and rub with lemon juice. Saute onion, add tomatoes, garlic and celery. Simmer. Blend well. Add potatoes and simmer for 10 minutes more. Lightly oil baking pan. Place fish in pan and pour tomato-potato mixture over fish. Add 1/2 cup water and cover. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
