Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 item
- bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
- cans whole baby carrots, drained - 2 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Mix vinegar, soup, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and oil in saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over vegetables. Allow to refrigerate overnight. Serves 12 to 15. Will keep in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
