Ingredients/Components
- tomato, chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 item
- vegetable spray - 1 item
- black pepper optional - 1 item
- red snapper fillets - 4 item
- lime, peeled and thinly sliced - 1 item
How to make grilled red snapper:
Spray vegetable spray to the center of 4 pieces of foil about twice the size of the fillet. Put 1/4 of the onions over the sprayed area of each foil. Add fillet. Top each fillet with 1/4 of lime slices, the chopped tomato, pepper and thyme. Seal foil tightly, folding twice. Grill over hot coals or in oven 7 to 12 minutes or when fish flakes with fork.
