  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • can mandarin oranges - 1 item
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • whole cloves - 3 item
  • to 8 lean boneless pork chops - 6 item

How to make pork chops a l'orange:

Brown pork chops in butter. Drain mandarin oranges, reserving juice and setting fruit aside. Combine 1/2 cup of juice with remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Add oranges last 5 minutes.
