Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- can mandarin oranges - 1 item
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- whole cloves - 3 item
- to 8 lean boneless pork chops - 6 item
How to make pork chops a l'orange:
Brown pork chops in butter. Drain mandarin oranges, reserving juice and setting fruit aside. Combine 1/2 cup of juice with remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Add oranges last 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Pork.
