Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Mrs - 1/4 tsp
- slices bacon - 2 item
- bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
- trout - 1 (2
- can unsalted stewed tomatoes - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Melt margarine in skillet. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until almost done. Add tomatoes and basil to skillet. Let cook about 5 more minutes. Arrange fish in foil covered pan. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Cut slits in top of fish. Insert bacon. Pour mixture from skillet over fish. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
