Ingredients/Components

- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- salad oil - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- dry vermouth - 4 Tbsp
- flounder fillets, cut in serving pieces - 1 lb
How to make flounder florentine:
Cook and drain spinach. Place in greased shallow casserole. Sprinkle with onion, seasonings and oil. In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Blend in milk; stir until thickened. Season with additional salt. Add vermouth. If using frozRecipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
