Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large can tuna, drained - 1 item
- Bisquick or flour - 1/4 c
How to make tuna croquettes:
Chop tuna until fine. Add other ingredients. More flour may be added as needed, or if too stiff, a little water may be added. Drop by tablespoons in medium hot grease and fry until brown.Recipe categories: Fish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
