  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • celery salt - 1/2 tsp
  • white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • to 4 salmon steaks - 3 item

How to make salmon steaks:

Put salmon on broiler pan. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and spread over steaks. Bake in oven 35 minutes at 350°.
