Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- green onions - 3 item
- lettuce - 1/2 c
- garlic - 1 tsp
- large firm tomatoes - 2 item
- small white onion - 1 item
- large avocados - 2 item
- large yellow chiles - 2 item
How to make avocado dip:
Peel and mash avocados in large bowl; cut up onions, lettuce, tomatoes and yellow chiles into small pieces. Mix with salt, garlic, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Refrigerate until served.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
