Berry delight



  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • cold milk
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
  • 8 oz - 1 pkg
  • 4 oz - 2 pkg
  • Cool Whip, thawed
  • strawberries, hulled and halved - 2 pt

How to make berry delight:

Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Chill. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries in even layer. Using 3 1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight. Shortly before serving, spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Garnish with additional berries, if desired. Chill. Makes 15 servings.

For other exciting flavor combinations, use 3 bananas, sliced or 4 cups sliced fresh peaches or 1 can crushed pineapple, drained.
