  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • celery seed - 2 tsp
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • onions - 4 c
  • green pepper, ground - 1 item
  • unpeeled zucchini ground - 10 c
  • red sweet pepper, ground - 1 item
  • Make Paste Of:2 1/4 c

How to make zucchini relish:

Grind in separate container 1 green pepper and 1 red sweet pepper, set aside.Make Paste Of:2 1/4 c. vinegar1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. cornstarch2 tsp. celery seed5 c. sugar1 tsp. turmeric1 tsp. dry mustard1/4 tsp. black pepper Add paste to zucchini
