Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- salt - 5 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- celery seed - 2 tsp
- white vinegar
- turmeric - 1 tsp
- onions - 2 c
- zucchini - 10 c
- green pepper, ground - 1 lb
- small jar pimento, ground - 1 item
How to make zucchini relish:
