Italian zucchini
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium zucchini squash - 8 item
- 2 can whole tomatoes
How to make italian zucchini:
Cut zucchini in halves lengthwise. Place in casserole dish. Pour tomatoes over squash. Sprinkle on green pepper and place onion slices on top. Season with salt and pepper; dot with butter. Cover and bake.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Tomato.
