Ingredients/Components

  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • eggs can use egg substitute - 4 item
  • grated Parmesan or Romano cheese - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick
  • thyme optional - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make zucchini pie:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake in 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes.
