Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- Special K cereal - 4 c
- cottage cheese - 3 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
- stick melted oleo - 1/2 item
- onion, chopped and sauteed - 1 item
- Sarita or Vegex I use soy sauce - 1 tsp
How to make cottage cheese loaf:
Throw all together and mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake in a 325° oven until firm. Can be eaten hot or cold.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, Casseroles.
