  • plus 1 Tbsp - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 3 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • diced onion - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • parmesan cheese - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini pie:

Mix all ingredients; pour into a 10 inch pie plate, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until brown.
