  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • clove garlic, crushed or minced - 1 item

How to make zucchini pie:

Slice zucchini. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
