Zucchini appetizer
Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini - 3 c
How to make zucchini appetizer:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden. Let stand for 10 minutes and cut into squares. Can be eaten hot or cold.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
