Zucchini appetizer
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- dried marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
- thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini 4 small ones - 3 c
- snipped parsley dry will work - 2 Tbsp
How to make zucchini appetizer:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour in a square pan and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into squares.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
