Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
  • dried marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini 4 small ones - 3 c
  • snipped parsley dry will work - 2 Tbsp

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour in a square pan and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
