Zucchini appetizers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
- thinly sliced, unpared zucchini about 4 small - 3 c
- dried marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Cut into pieces, about 2 x 1-inch. Sprinkle paprika on top. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.Recipe categories: Egg, Squash, Appetizers.
