  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
  • thinly sliced, unpared zucchini about 4 small - 3 c
  • dried marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Cut into pieces, about 2 x 1-inch. Sprinkle paprika on top. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
