Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
- bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix - 1/2 item
- medium onion, diced finely - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients. Top with 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If topping becomes too brown, cover with foil.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
