Zucchini appetizers

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• Bisquick - 1 c
• grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
• dash of pepper - 1 item
• garlic clove, minced - 1 item
• chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
• finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
• seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
• eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
• marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
• thinly sliced unpared zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Combine all ingredients and spread in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces. Serve warm. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
