Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- water - 1 qt
- medium squash - 2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Peel and cut squash. Remove seeds and cut in 1-inch cubes. Cook in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Place in buttered baking dish. Top with butter and brown sugar. Bake in a 400° oven about 20 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
