Zucchini pineapple cake
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- coconut - 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- oil
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- grated, unpeeled zucchini - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
How to make zucchini pineapple cake:
Sift and mix all dry ingredients. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Mix dry ingredients to the liquid mixture. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. You can bake in 2 round cake pans. Ice with powdered sugar icing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
