Zucchini appetizer
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
- zucchini, thinly sliced and unpared about 4 small - 3 c
How to make zucchini appetizer:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown (about 24 minutes). Cut into rectangular pieces, about 2 x 1-inch. Refrigerate any remaining pieces. Makes 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
