Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
  • marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • zucchini, thinly sliced and unpared about 4 small - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown (about 24 minutes). Cut into rectangular pieces, about 2 x 1-inch. Refrigerate any remaining pieces. Makes 4 dozen.
