Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, chopped - 1/2 c
- Pam - 1 item
- thinly sliced zucchini unpeeled - 3 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Spray an 11 x 7 x 1 1/4-inch pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients together and spread in pan. Bake at 350° until brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
