Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- Mazola oil - 1 c
- white sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- flour - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 1
How to make zucchini nut bread:
Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar and zucchini. Mix well, then add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and nutmeg. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased pans, 5 1/2 x 9 1/2-inches. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
