- water - 1 qt
- diced onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- can mixed vegetables - 1 item
- diced Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
How to make cheese soup:
Simmer 1 quart water, the chicken bouillon cubes, onion and chopped celery for 30 minutes. Add the carrots, potatoes and mixed vegetables; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
