Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 1
- salt - 3/4 1
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- medium potatoes - 12 item
How to make cheese potato puff:
Peel potatoes and cook until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly. Add butter, cheese, milk and salt. Beat until butter and cheese are melted. Fold in eggs and pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle top with a little shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
